SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14 Relating to                                                                                 
awarding the Alaska Decoration of Honor to certain members of the                                                               
military, was read the second time and was before the Senate on final                                                           
passage.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senators MacKinnon, Giessel, Bishop, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof,                                                               
Micciche, Hoffman, Gardner, Egan, Hughes, Begich, Coghill, Meyer,                                                               
Wilson, Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                  
cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 14 Relating to awarding the Alaska Decoration of Honor to
